Open for Paper Submission: International Conference on Sustainable Energy (ICoSE) 2025 “Toward Energy Transition and Net-Zero Emission”

The International Conference on Sustainable Energy (ICoSE) 2025 will take place on 6–7 November 2025, hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, sponsored by the CAS-ANSO Conference Program and Harita. Other collaborators from international partners including the University of Chile and UiTM Sarawak Branch (Malaysia).

Under the theme of “Toward Energy Transition and Net-Zero Emission”, the conference will serve as a global platform to advance interdisciplinary dialogue on clean energy innovation, equitable transition strategies, and science-based solutions for achieving net-zero goals, aligning with commitments like the Paris Agreement. 

ANSO invites its members and partners dedicated to sustainable energy to actively participate in this pivotal forum. We encourage you to showcase research, share innovations, and explore collaborative opportunities.

1. Background
The International Conference on Sustainable Energy (ICoSE) is a high-profile international academic forum hosted by the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), co-organized by the University of Chile and Universiti Teknologi Mara, Sarawak Branch (Malaysia). Focusing on recent and critical issues in energy transition and net-zero emissions, the conference is highly aligned with the Paris Agreement and the global goal of net-zero emissions by 2050, responding to the global commitment to climate action while contributing to Indonesia’s national sustainable development agenda. It serves as a strategic interdisciplinary platform for researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and civil society to deliberate on solutions for a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
