The 10th Governing Board (GB) Meeting of ANSO was held offline on the morning of 30 October 2025 at Beijing Friendship Hotel, Beijing. Representatives attending the meeting were from eight GB member organizations, including: National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Thailand; Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC); Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SASA); National Academy of Sciences and Techniques of Senegal (ANSTS); National Research Centre (NRC), Egypt; Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS); and the Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS).

The Meeting was chaired by ANSO President Prof. Sukit Limpijumnong. Prof. Liu Weidong, Executive Director of ANSO, delivered reports on the development of ANSO since the 3rd General Assembly and various key issues, including new membership applications, further amendments to the ANSO Statutes, election procedure, and candidate list for the next Governing Board based on self-nomination. The Meeting reviewed these reports and proposals carefully and thoroughly, and reached consensus to submit them to the 4th General Assembly (GA) for decision.
