The 11th Governing Board Meeting of ANSO was held offline on the evening of 30 October 2025 at Beijing Friendship Hotel, Beijing. Representatives from 9 newly-elected ANSO Governing Board member organizations attended the Meeting. The meeting was chaired by Prof. HE Hongping, representing Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the newly-elected President Organization of ANSO. 

Executive Director Prof. Liu Weidong presented a proposal on the Membership Dues Structures and Usage. The Governing Board discussed the proposal and agreed to establish a tiered baseline for membership dues based on membership categories. The Board also approved the proposed usage of membership dues, which should cover ANSO’s regular meetings, key events, promotion and publicity, new programs and projects, and the Secretariat’s daily operation.
