The session of ScienceOne, produced by the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is organized to promote the co-building of an open, shared, and platform-driven Al for Science ecosystem with global partners.

In this lecture, Prof. ZHU Xiangyu will provide a brief introduction to machine learning. This lecture will cover core concepts and methodologies, including Forms of Learning, Supervised Learning, Model Selection and Optimization, Linear Regression and Classification, Nonparametric Models, and Ensemble Learning.
